We first met Josh in 2004 when we were in need of space for our combining out 8 year old consulting company with a new startup we had built in Connecticut. Josh was the consummate professional during the process, taking into account the needs of all three partners and two companies, as well as those of a disparate group of employees (based in NYC and Connecticut).
